This includes a proven track record of successful responsibilities assumed to 8 Multinational(8) & Multi-local(1) companies with whom he worked with, and this is with emphasis to both academic and practical fields. He is equipped with an MBA degree backed up with for more than 30 years of industry experience. This is further enriched by his well-rounded corporate training in the field of Sales and Techno-Marketing, and supported by his hands-on business development practices (Philippines/ SE Asia/Asia) with his Country/General Management and Business Development experiences (in the Philippines and the ASEAN region in particular as well as Asia in general).
He has had stints with a number of companies involved in the manufacturing/production, marketing, distribution, sale, and technical service support of agricultural equipment as well as products in Animal pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and animal health including genetics, exposures which enabled him to get acquainted with practically most if not all of the major facets of production, marketing & business development in the Animal Health, Production, and Nutrition Industry. Added to these are actual exposure in the different business industries, throughout The Philippines, the SE-Asian region in particular, and in the Asian continent in general, as well as globally through virtual responsibilities, with hands-on training/exposures in Europe, particularly countries like Spain, Germany, and The Netherlands, aside from corporate in-house training in Australia, Asia, and the USA.
Dr. Gomos' corporate management and strategic business development discipline as well as his broad experiences and expertise (Management-Leadership on Sales, Techno-Marketing and Research purposes) supported by his proven operational management and sales acumen are his primary skills and forte in starting and re-starting business activities, organizing trade fairs, congresses, and events and pioneering demand creation activities in reaching corporate objectives and goals are his obvious assets that all worth serious consideration.
Dr. Gomos' tenure with multinational companies in various animal health and agribusiness fields as well as his formal and in-house corporate training and exposure in general management/ administration, organizing, planning, leading and implementing /assessing /monitoring/ controlling corporate strategies and directions. He also earned Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) though-A Joint Executive MBA Program of two Jesuit - run Business Schools, the Ateneo de Manila University in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines, and Regis University in Denver, Colorado, USA as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (Asian Institute of Management or AIM) on top of the advance corporate training/seminars/crash courses as well as the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree(the University of Southern Mindanao or USM) that he earned as his basic tertiary education including being a charter Fellow of the Philippine College of Veterinary Feed Practitioners (FCVFP), currently serving as its Vice-President (Interim).
