I have been serving in the poultry sector for more than 3 decades of dedicated years, accrued the hand-on experience spans business development, Sales and marketing, super expertise in poultry health & nutrition.
• Hiked market share of company from 85% to 98% and saved losses by strengthening my services acumens at Thirumala Hatchery Private Limited, Telangana.
• Developed Sale Hy line DOC (day old chick) sales to 20% market from 5% share within six months in Karnataka region.
• Arrested High & Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAIV & LPAIV) outbreak by implementing vaccination in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana states upon my persuasion of Poultry Farming Community-broiler Integrators, poultry breeder company and layer farmers.
• Improved productivity of Seven Hills Tanzania Limited’s 2.8 lakhs layer poultry farms in Tanzania on my efforts as an Animal Health & Nutrition consultant.
• I have organizational and execution, communication, Team building, people and leadership skills, and am able to work to tight deadlines.
