I regularly conduct research in my current position as I am responsible for all the research affairs of the organization. Organizing the daily activities and research affairs of the department such as collecting data and analyzing them, finding funding opportunities, assisting unions and supervised companies in the technical sales of concentrates, premixes, and animal feed supplements to livestock farmers. This helped me learn more about the research projects and technical sales. It also allowed me to discover new trends within our industry that would allow us to present better services. Over the past 16 years I have worked, taught, and mentored at institutes such as Wageningen University (Netherlands), Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan University of Technology, Razi University, Dairy Farms, and Feed Companies. During these years, I have connected with and learned from my key stakeholders in the area of ruminant nutrition, dairy farming, feed evaluation, research techniques, and technical sales. For example, I conducted a research at Wageningen University in the Netherlands on Development of a Simple Method for Determination of the Nutritional Status of Dairy Cattle on Commercial Farms.
About
PhD of Ruminant (Dairy Cow) Nutrition, having worked and collaborated interdisciplinary with fellow professionals in e.g. Canada, the Netherlands, Australia, United Kingdom, Poland, Russia, Libya, and Iran I have enriched my skills and knowledge on animal studies including of the sustainability of dairy farming, ruminant nutrition, feed evaluation, research techniques, and technical sales. I have applied technological and scientific approaches such as in situ, in vitro and in vivo methods and laboratory approaches to measure animal nutritional behaviour, and production indicators to achieve production efficiencies and to improve animal welfare. Experienced in laboratory analysis, conducting different types of animal experiments with focusing on production efficiency. Having ability in analysis of experimental data and scientific communication of research results. An example is including grinding versus steam flaking for dairy farming. Another example is adding monensin to lambs’ diet during the fattening as growth promoter and to manage acidosis.
