• Representing Kemin across several industry bodies such as the Stock Feed Manufactures Association, FIAAA Australia and the National Rendering Association.
• Maintained Kemin’s investments in specific research institutions including the Poultry CRC, Pork CRC, Australian Eggs, Massey University (NZ) and the Poultry Information Exchange.

I am a passionate, adaptable, proactive leader and have worked in both ASX listed and family-owned organizations over the last 34 years. My competencies include, managing people, safety, talent identification, sales, and marketing, improving culture and engagement, negotiation, procurement, network optimization, along with customer service and collaboration. I am a strong believer in servant leadership where I treat my staff and colleagues, as I would my best customers. I believe in high engagement, trust, transparency, and longer-term relationships. I am very well respected within the Australian Agricultural Industry of which I have spent most of my working career.
