We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Assistant to join our veterinary team. Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments efficiently
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate and organized patient records in the electronic medical system
Process payments and handle billing procedures accurately
Assist with laboratory tasks as needed, utilizing laboratory experience to support diagnostic processes
Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff to facilitate smooth operations
Daily cleaning and maintenance of the clinic

Skills

Laboratory experience is preferred to support diagnostic procedures and record keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.07-$23.27 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
