Green Grass Sod Farms is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our customer base across the Florida Panhandle and South Georgia. This independent, field-based role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a hunter mentality and experience in sod, turfgrass, wholesale nursery, or commercial landscaping industry. You'll focus on bringing in new business, building long-term customer relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through repeat orders.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base

Prospect and close new business with builders, landscapers, and commercial developers

Manage and grow current accounts

Represent the company professionally in all commercial environments

Manage the full sales process from initial contact to post-sale support and repeat orders

Track orders and customer interactions using Turf Logistics software

Collaborate with the CEO to refine the sales process and support company growth

What You Bring

Proven experience in sod, turfgrass, landscape materials, or related sales

A hunter mentality with a focus on new business development

Communication skills, with the ability to sell at all levels

Strong industry connections or an existing book of business preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal structure in a fast-growing environment

Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Valid driver’s license
