Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our customer base across the Florida Panhandle and South Georgia. This independent, field-based role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a hunter mentality and experience in sod, turfgrass, wholesale nursery, or commercial landscaping industry. You'll focus on bringing in new business, building long-term customer relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through repeat orders.

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base
- Prospect and close new business with builders, landscapers, and commercial developers
- Manage and grow current accounts
- Represent the company professionally in all commercial environments
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to post-sale support and repeat orders
- Track orders and customer interactions using Turf Logistics software
- Collaborate with the CEO to refine the sales process and support company growth
What You Bring
- Proven experience in sod, turfgrass, landscape materials, or related sales
- A hunter mentality with a focus on new business development
- Communication skills, with the ability to sell at all levels
- Strong industry connections or an existing book of business preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal structure in a fast-growing environment
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
