Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time) – Veterinary Hospital

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting pet parents and checking patients in and out with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments, procedures, and follow-ups
Answering phones, texts, emails, and app messages — and making sure clients feel heard and supported
Acting as the go-between for clients and our doctors
Keeping digital medical records accurate and up to date
Processing invoices, estimates, and payments
Helping out with general front desk tasks and teamwork as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a veterinary receptionist or customer service role (veterinary experience preferred)
Familiarity with Shepherd, Weave, or PetDesk is a big plus
Strong communication skills — both in person and in writing
A positive attitude, good sense of humor, and a genuine love for animals

Schedule:

Part-Time: We’re looking for someone with flexibility to cover afternoon, evening and weekend shifts (both weekend days are required). Approximately 25 hours.
