Your
missions :
Within the
BU, the Specialist will execute, monitor and implement field service
activities, provide support and advice to hatchery or field staff to ensure
that field services are delivered and customer needs are met. Your tasks will
include
-Data
collection and analysis: Ensures valuable product monitoring by carrying out
audits in hatcheries and analysing the results using digital tools.
-Preparing
and carrying out audits for customers: Validates the correct operation of
equipment or specialist Ecat equipment.
-Maintenance
of Ceva equipment on customer sites focusing on hatchery equipment and in ovo
injection, Genesys.
-Coordinating
the installation and promotion of new equipment as required.
-Developing
customer relationships through regular visits, events and calls. Maintains good
relations with ECAT/ Desvac. Works with all local teams to ensure delivery of
the plan.
-Communicates
and participates in regular meetings with his/her manager and the Broiler Range
Manager to review and update each customer's plan.
-Resource
management: Manages stocks of spare parts and ECAT/ Desvac equipment in local
and customer warehouses.
-Development
of technical expertise: Participates in ongoing training provided by Corporate.
Attends conferences, seminars and events in its areas of expertise. Contributes
to the design of technical articles. Provides diagnostics and expert assistance
on request.
-Provides
guidance and advice to customers: Conducts customer visits and provides
professional consultation (advice and problem-solving) on vaccination, hatchery
processes and Desvac or Ecat equipment. Provide technical and scientific advice
to customers. Develops training courses on technical activities in order to
share its knowledge with customers. Train the local team to guide and advise
customers.
Your
profile :
An
electro-mechanical engineer / senior electro-mechanical technician or
agronomist (BAC + 3 or + 5), you will have at least 5 years' experience in
on-site maintenance, or as a workshop technician on specialised machinery in
the poultry or hatchery industry
Technical
skills :
-Knowledge
of the hatchery environment: Ability to understand all hatchery processes and
their impact on hatchery performance.
-Technical
knowledge: Basic understanding of automation and equipment functionality and
ability to use basic technical vocabulary.
-Knowledge
of bio-focusing and bio-security: Ability to understand the relationship
between Ceva's activities and the biological dimension of hatchery production.
-Scientific
approach and expertise: Ability to understand the principles of the scientific
model, attitude and approach.
-Business
and product knowledge: Basic understanding of Ceva's hatchery products.
-Communication
and presentation skills: Ability to use basic vaccination vocabulary and follow
company communication rules.
-Knowledge
of marketing and analysis processes: Ability to prepare and deliver a marketing
speech using the vocabulary and concepts.
You
will be able to work as part of a team, work independently, be rigorous and
precise, and adapt to customer needs and all situations. You have a good sense
of teaching and good oral communication skills, as well as commitment and a
strong sense of achievement.
