Your
missions :
As part of the Companion Animals sales team, reporting to the BU's National Strategic Accounts Manager, and as part of the strategy of providing specific support for strategic accounts (CDR/GIE/Corporates), we are offering a fixed-term contract, ideally starting on 1 June and running until 31 December 2025. The incumbent's objectives are to :
>The achievement of sales (Net Turnover) and profitability (Net Margin) targets and the development of a sustainable commercial relationship with the CDR/GIE/Corporates for which he/she is responsible, ensuring reciprocal value creation with these customers:
Identifies decision-making networks and networks of influence, and establishes and maintains relationships with key contacts.
Seeks out and defines opportunities for growth and mutual collaboration.
Identifies growth potential and creates specific action plans for each CDR/GIE/Corporate.
Is CEVA's guarantor of the return on investment of the actions undertaken with the CDR/GIE/Corporates for which he/she is responsible.
Negotiates with clients.
As the operational manager responsible for the success of the action plans defined within his/her remit, mobilises and aligns the veterinary delegates concerned by his/her CDR/GIE/Corporates, adapts the plans...
>Coordination of the CDR/GIE/Corporate networks for which it is responsible.
Draws up annual accounts plans in order to define and share strategy.
Monitors objectives on a monthly basis and draws up a joint action plan with clients.
Holds mid-year meetings with the CDRs/GIEs/Corporates to ensure that the actions taken and the objectives set are being achieved.
Ensures that initiatives are implemented in clinics (duo tours, etc.).
Measures the return on investment of actions taken and shares this with customers.
Integrates the veterinary delegates into its customer strategy.
Communicates information to customers and Veterinary Delegates/Regional Managers.
Your
profile :
You will have experience in monitoring strategic accounts, managing opinion leaders and a very good knowledge of the animal health market, veterinary pets.
You are recognised for your strong customer and business orientation, and your tactical and strategic sense. You have demonstrated strong negotiating and analytical skills. Your ability to operate in a cross-functional environment, to coordinate your actions in the field with the ‘support’ departments, and your team spirit will be your key assets for success in this position. Experience in managing strategic accounts would be a plus (mastery of the KAM process: creation of account plans, influence circuits, opportunities, etc.).
You have a good command of: Excel and Power Point, FRENCH public speaking.
Position open on fixed-term contract - Status: manager - Ideal address: Libourne/Bordeaux or region, you will be mobile, frequent national travel is to be expected (Fixed salary + Variable +Company car).
