Trouw Nutrition is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor
As a supervisor, you play a key role in the smooth running of daily operations. I expect you to manage the team, ensuring productivity and the quality of the services provided:
Here are your main responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities
- Handling customer requests
- Implement and monitor performance indicators
- Organize the work and ensure that employees understand their assigned duties or tasks (Work plan and succession planning)
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and support
- Communicate information from upper management to employees and vice versa
Manage the customer service team:
- Performance evaluations (with HR Manager)
- Development plans (with HR Manager)
- Recruit and onboard new employees
- Coach team members on a weekly basis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure the Customer Service team delivers excellent customer service
