Your
missions :
The Corporate Veterinary services manager will report to the Franchise Director, he or she is responsible for:
➔Creating concepts for the local Veterinary Services teams, and supporting them at Corporate level/within a Franchise, with strategic products and/or specific diseases.
➔Providing training to Veterinary Services teams and ensuring they consistently leverage the new knowledge.
➔Ensuring the management of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
➔Organizing post-marketing license trials and gathering/processing field data.
➔As part of the Offer Conception Committee (OCC), evaluating and preparing future Ceva product pipelines.
➔Partnering closely with R&D and B&D to assess opportunities and guide our decision making.
➔Lead next to SSIU & AV the adequate deployment
of customized solutions and services to our customer base.
Your
profile :
With a
scientific degree (veterinary, agronomy, science, etc.), and post graduate studies in epidemiology and specialization in swine will a plus. You have more than 5 years' experience in the life science industry or animal health in a veterinary
services or R&D department locally as an international exposure.
Technical skills :
-Knowledge management and scientific trials
-Sound scientific approach and expertise, ideally in animal health and
vaccines, and pig production. Capability also to analyze data and design, plan, carry out trials using scientific approaches.
-Customer knowledge and approach, can technically support key customer business
initiatives
-Project management skills.
-Fluent spoken and written English essential in an international
context
Behavioural skills :
-Ability to communicate and interact with all players in the pig market: vets,
scientists, technicians, farmers, production managers, etc.
Customer service-oriented, close-knit, able to listen and curious.
-Quick, rigorous and organised to deal with this diverse position
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
-Ability to support the resolution of complex situations and the construction
of an action plan
-Autonomy, sense of initiative and responsibility, commitment
Open-ended contract, Position based in New headquarter Libourne, frequent travel requiring high availability, teleworking option.
