Your
missions :
The Corporate range manager will report the Franchise Director, he or she is responsible for the strategy and direction of the range globally. working closely with Zone and local marketing functions to drive results and acting as an interface between the corporate franchise
team and the countries.
Your responsibilities will be;
●Market Data Collection and Analysis, Information Generation: Closely monitors market developments and customer needs through global/Area/product benchmarks and by going into the field. Collects Zone and country data to define product positioning.
●Strategic Direction: Defines marketing plans and segments with a 5-year vision for product, positioning, pricing, and promotions. Develop and deploy tools that will facilitate the promotion of the range.
●Operational Management: Reviews and, together with the Zones, challenges the marketing plans of the main countries. Participates in local events to build leadership of actions taken and create high-level impact. Develop relationships and collaborates with KOLs.
●Resource Planning and Management: Is responsible for the budget and expenses related to marketing actions. In agreement with the countries, defines guidelines for the sales team to ensure the allocation of appropriate resources. Collaborates with veterinary and immunization services to define the support and resources needed to implement the marketing strategy.
●Impact and influence to generate a high level of confidence in the function's deliverables: Convince local marketing and technical teams of the portfolio's value proposition and marketing strategy to follow to ensure sales at the highest prices. Communicates and collaborates with the company's veterinary/vaccination departments and KAM and Digital teams to align the range strategy.
●Expands the range of strategic products: partners with R&D plus BD to evaluate new solutions in Immunocastration, welfare, new vaccine technologies and new delivery methods, provides market context, customer need and business case to guide our decision making.
●Transforms geographic products into strategic products: RESPONS, Valora, Persoporc, and others.
Your
profile :
With a scientific or
veterinary degree and a dual Marketing/Digital Marketing background, you have a confirmed 5 years minimum local
experience and an international exposure, enabling
you to work independently and make suggestions.
- Technical skills:
o Knowledge of Swine pathologies, diagnostics, farm management interest in
swine production
o Accurate analysis of results and automation of reports
o Comfortable using IT tools, Microsoft environment and graphic design tools
(Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
o Fluency in written and spoken English, essential in an international context,
and notions of French or Spanish would be ideal.
