Brand Marketing Lead
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Ceva North America is seeking a strategic, creative, and collaborative Brand Marketing Lead, to lead our Companion Animal marketing efforts in the United States. This pivotal role will report directly to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for building brand equity and executing brand strategies that drive profitable growth, enhance customer engagement, and position Ceva as a leader in the Companion Animal health market.
As the Head of Brand Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that resonate deeply with both pet owners and veterinary professionals. You will lead a team of senior brand managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Veterinary Services, Digital, and Global Franchise Leads—to shape long term vision for brands and execute annual marketing plans that align with our broader commercial and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities and Key Duties:
- Brand Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement compelling brand strategies and go-to-market plans in partnership with the Head of Marketing and Global Franchise teams.
- Team Leadership and Talent Development – Manage and mentor the Companion Animal brand marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Cross-functional collaboration & Influence – Work cross-functionally with Sales, Veterinary Services, Product Development, and Corporate Affairs to ensure marketing strategies align with business needs.
- Data-Driven Marketing– Leverage research, data, and leading-edge technology to inform segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign targeting.
- Insight to action: Lead the identification and translation of deep consumer and veterinarian insights into actionable brand strategies, value propositions, and messaging.
- Brand Building & Storytelling: Champion compelling brand narratives and visual identities that evoke emotional connections with pet owners and build trust with veterinarians
- Annual Brand Planning: Oversee the creation and execution of robust annual marketing plans that align with broader commercial and strategic objectives, maximizing brand impact and market share.
- Digital-first Activation – Collaborate with Digital Marketing lead for creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across social, influencers’ partnerships, SEO/SEM, CRM and content marketing to drive awareness and demand.
- Content & Creative Oversight – Lead the development of branded content, including advertising, sales materials, and customer-facing assets that align with Ceva’s tone and positioning.
- Performance Optimization – Monitor KPIs such as brand health, engagement, lead generation, and ROI to continuously refine marketing efforts.
- Budget Management – Manage budgets and agency/vendor relationships to maximize efficiency and ensure quality execution.
- Industry Representation – Support brand presence at industry events, trade shows, and key conferences as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on brand strategy, campaign development, and cross-functional leadership
- At least 3–5 years of people management experience, including leading brand teams or marketing direct reports
- Experience in animal health, pharmaceutical, or CPG industry preferred; familiarity with veterinary or pet-owner marketing is a plus
- Proven track record of building and executing successful go-to-market plans, managing complex campaigns, and delivering measurable results
- Demonstrated experience managing agency relationships and marketing budgets
Travel Required:
- This role requires up to 30% travel, with a high concentration of customer meetings and industry conferences in Q1.
- Occasional travel to Ceva’s locations in NC, KC, possible international travel
