Your
missions :
Your responsibilities
will be as follows:
Freedom to operate studies in close collaboration with the R&D teams:
- Search for prior art on patent databases,
- Drafting
of summary reports with risk analysis,

Identification of solutions for the rest of the project.
Patentability studies in close collaboration with the R&D teams:
-
Identification of patentable elements,
- Prior
art searches on patent databases,
- Drafting
of synthetic patentability reports identifying the scope of protection sought.
Drafting of patent applications in collaboration with external firms.
Follow-up of examination procedures before patent offices:
-
Monitoring of deadlines,
-
Preparation of arguments in collaboration with external firms,
- Control
of Ceva projects to determine acceptable changes in scope of protection.
Preparation of opposition briefs in collaboration with external firms.
Management of patent disputes in collaboration with the legal department.
Contribution to the strengthening of the company's patent culture through proactive communication and specific actions to raise awareness of patent issues.
Proactive contribution to the establishment of an efficient and collaborative patent department within Ceva through involvement in the implementation of internal procedures.
Involvement in Ceva's raison d'être:

Your
profile :
Qualifications:
Degree from
an engineering school or university in
the field of Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or Health
CEIPI Diploma
Experience:
3 to 6
years of significant experience in industry and/or industrial property firms.
Skills:
Excellent
level of written and spoken English.
Knowledge of patent law in Europe, as well as the PCT procedure. Good bases of rights from other major countries/regions (US, JP, CN, ...).
Autonomy, sense of organization, good synthesis skills, curiosity, open-mindedness, ability to interact in an international and multicultural organization.
