missions :
New Products Marketing Manager
Bridgewater, NJ
Ceva is looking for a passionate and strategic New Products Marketing Manager to spearhead crucial commercial launches in the U.S. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for new product introductions. This involves identifying unmet customer needs and collaborating closely with various teams, including Global Product Development, Global Franchise, R&D, Legal, and Regulatory, to build and launch new products. You'll also work with U.S. brand teams to create effective go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption in the U.S. market. You'll play a key role in developing the product roadmap, marketing strategy, competitive pricing, positioning, and messaging for all new products. A core expectation of this position is to learn and execute Ceva's new product development (NPD) process from inception through launch in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
- Own all facets of launching a product with excellence. From early evaluation of product concept to commercial launch execution.
- Collaborate with Global Franchise Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory and Commercial Teams to ensure market readiness and successful product development.
- Lead the U.S. marketing strategy for new product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives across the global organization.
- Support market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and define product positioning and messaging.
- Develop compelling product value propositions to effectively communicate value to veterinarians, producers, and pet owners.
- Consult the US brand team to create and implement marketing launch campaigns, sales enablement tools, and promotional strategies.
- Partner with Learning and Development implement training materials and support customer engagement efforts.
- Communicate new product marketing plans, product updates, and key performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and return on investment of new product launches and overall marketing efforts.
- Provide recommendations for product lifecycle management and future innovations.
- Learn, implement, and optimize Ceva's New Product Development (NPD) process.
- Maintain a deep and current understanding of the companion animal health industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving needs of veterinary professionals and pet owners.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field required. MBA preferred.
- Work experience: 5+ years of new products marketing and/or brand marketing experience, including a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategy and plans.
- Relevant Animal Health experience preferred.
Travel:
- Estimated 10% - 20% domestic travel is required, depending on location. Some international travel may be required
