Your Role: Site Veterinarian
As a Site Veterinarian, you will be part of Elanco’s high-performing team of researchers and veterinary professionals, making a direct impact on animal health and welfare. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing veterinary care programs, ensuring compliance with animal welfare standards, and providing hands-on clinical expertise for both companion and farm animals.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver direct veterinary care and oversight for onsite farm and companion animals.
Perform veterinary and surgical procedures, and support daily animal health management.
Lead and maintain animal health, welfare, and biosecurity programs.
Train and mentor technical staff in animal care procedures and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and welfare standards.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent, eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in New South Wales.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with strong expertise in companion animal care (experience with livestock is a plus).
Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities; proven animal welfare commitment.

Prior exposure to biosecurity and compliance frameworks.
