Job Summary
The Business Finance Manager / FP&A Manager is a key partner to the Water and Livestock, Poultry, Dairy (LPD) lines of business and the Regional Operations team for the Asia Pacific region. The Finance Manager is a trusted adviser to stakeholders, support the development of budget, operating policies and procedures with supervisory responsibilities over a team.
About the Role:
Manage FP&A activities for Water and LPD lines of business and Operations functional activities, including responsibility for the APO regions as primary business partner to the regional Commercial leaders for Water, LPD and Operations.
Lead FP&A activities of the businessincluding budget, forecasts and month end closing responsibilities, planning and organizing work, providing for adequate staffing and resources and maintaining work on schedule.
Lead/contribute to process/other improvements based on evaluation of existing procedures and business needs. Utilize data, metrics and system tools to ensure efficiency and to maximize customer experience. Identify problems, obstacles and opportunities and proactively acts to address issues. Strive for continuous improvement.
Manage staff, assigning work, monitoringactivities and evaluating performance. Administer employment actions, provide coaching and guidance to staff and promote staff training and development. Support the development of program budget, policies and procedures. May coordinate work of outside vendors and contractors.
Candidatesfrom pharmaceutical, healthcare, analytical instrument preferred with experience with FP&A, including reporting, analytics, consolidation in a global organization.
Excellent communication skills, fluency in both written and verbal English is a must, fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, Thaiadvantageous.
