ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Lead and develop clinical protocols and patient care standards
- Provide mentorship and support to associate veterinarians and technicians
- Partner with ownership on hospital strategy, culture, and growth
- Maintain a reasonable caseload with time allocated for leadership duties
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary: $155,000-$195,000 yearly Negotiable based on experience
Hours: 4, 10 hour shifts per week. No weekends or overnights. No major holidays.
