Veterinary Referral Hospital Dandenong is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-time Client Services Representative for a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract!
Starting September 1st 2025, the successful candidate will be critical in ensuring our clients receive outstanding customer service. You will be dedicated, conscientious, with a genuine love for animalsand effective in your written and verbal communication with clients and other hospital staff.
Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting clients both in person and over the phone

Handling appointments, inquiries, and client communications

Managing client records and paperwork accurately

Providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and hospital policies

Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care

Processing client payments and maintain financial records

Ensuring the reception area is kept clean, organised, and welcoming

Assisting in administrative tasks as needed

Availability to work weekends and evenings is essential to accommodate our clients' needs
Role requirements:

Proven experience in a client services role, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting

Passion for animals and dedication to providing excellent customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Mature, calm and empathetic

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
