Veterinary Referral Hospital Dandenong is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative in a Casual or Part-time position.

As a Client Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our hospital, assisting pet owners and ensuring their experience with us is outstanding!

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting clients both in person and over the phone
Handling appointments, inquiries, and client communications
Managing client records and paperwork accurately
Providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and hospital policies
Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care
Processing client payments and maintain financial records
Ensuring the reception area is kept clean, organised, and welcoming
Assisting in administrative tasks as needed
Availability to work weekends and evenings is essential to accommodate our clients' needs

Role requirements:

Previous experience in a reception/customer service client-facing role
Passion for animals and dedication to providing excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, calm, team player attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
