The Role
We are currently seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our wonderful team on a full-time basis (or part-time – we are flexible for the right candidate). Our receptionist is the first point of contact for all our valued clients so providing a high-quality client experience in person and over the phone is of the utmost importance to us. This is a fantastic opportunity for a star receptionist that is keen to work in a fast-paced yet rewarding atmosphere with a remarkable team.
Our Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a customer facing and/or reception role within the animal industry/ clinic environment preferred

Someone that has exceptional communication skills to build relationships with our clients.

An empathetic, caring person that always advocates for their patients.

A person that will work well within our tight-knit team but that is also self-motivated and capable of working unsupervised.

An eye for detail, a good work ethic and a willingness to keep learning and improving both themselves and the practice.

The ability to manage a busy appointment schedule & assist with reception administration tasks.
