Join an energetic staff devoted to giving high quality care to animals and their owners. We are a small animal, 1 doctor practice in Lewisville seeking a special individual to complete our health care team. Duties include assisting the doctor and technicians, maintaining anesthesia, restraining patients, general patient care, maintaining a clean work environment etc.
This is an entry level position with the goal of training up to veterinary technician. Experience working in a veterinary hospital is not essential. Fluency in Spanish would be an advantage. We are looking for candidates who will be professional, enthusiastic, competent individuals with a strong work ethic, who are dependable and reliable, and have a positive attitude.
Anticipate a full time work schedule of 38 hours per week. Hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-6:00pm. No weekends or holidays.
