We are seeking a motivated remote Professional Sales Agronomist / Soil Specialist to expand our presence across the Upper Midwest. This is a high-impact role for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships with farmers and dealers while promoting biological crop inputs, soil fertility, and sustainable farming practices.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay range: $50,000 – $300,000 (base + commission/bonuses).

Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales of biological products to growers across the Upper Midwest.
- Develop and expand a dealer/distribution network within assigned regions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and educator to farmers on soil health, fungi-based solutions, and crop productivity.
- Deliver presentations, on-farm demos, and technical support to maximize adoption.
- Maintain and grow a book of business while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of ag sales experience, preferably with crop inputs, biologicals, or agronomy solutions.
- An established network of dealers, retailers, and grower contacts in the Midwest is strongly preferred.
- A natural hunter mentality with the ability to prospect, close deals, and grow territories.
- Strong communication and teaching skills—able to educate farmers and partners on soil health and biological products.
- Self-motivated, farm-savvy, and passionate about sustainable agriculture.
