Vinegar Hill Veterinary Group seeks an enthusiastic, compassionate Client Service Specialist to join our team!

As a Client Service Specialist at Vinegar Hill, you are at the heart of our top-notch service. Your primary responsibility will be communicating with clients to help them navigate the veterinary process and to help ensure their needs and their pets' needs are met. Our Client Service Representatives are also in charge of collecting payment, scheduling appointments, and other administrative duties.

Prior client service experience in the veterinary field is required. Ability to work Sundays and Mondays is also required. The ideal candidate is passionate about animals, but also loves to engage and work with people. They are enthusiastic, patient, compassionate, and can work well under pressure.
