Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our veterinary practice. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, a passion for animal care, and the ability to effectively manage both medical and administrative staff. This is a dynamic role that requires an individual who can balance business management with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in all areas.
Manage and supervise a team of veterinary technicians, receptionists, and support staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement practice policies and procedures that ensure high-quality service, patient care, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure proper inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.
Work closely with the veterinary team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints, ensuring that clients receive excellent service.
Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
Ensure the practice is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations related to veterinary services and business operations.

Qualifications:

Previous management experience in a veterinary setting.
Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front.
Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
High school diploma or equivalent required; LVT and/or CVPM preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
