Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead their Coppell hospital, combining hands-on veterinary care with strategic leadership. This role offers autonomy in clinical decision-making while providing operational support across HR, payroll, and marketing, ensuring the hospital continues to thrive.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Directing the medical quality and standards of the hospital
Supervising and mentoring veterinary associates
Delivering preventative, diagnostic, and surgical care for dogs and cats
Managing both routine wellness and more complex medical cases
Collaborating with hospital leadership on business and team goals
