Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets upon arrival
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Answer phones and handle client inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records and files
Process payments and insurance claims
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or as a receptionist preferred, but not mandatory
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
