Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Answer phones and handle client inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and files
- Process payments and insurance claims
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or as a receptionist preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for animals and a positive, approachable attitude
- Basic computer skills
