Data Entry Specialist to join our team in
El Dorado, KS. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, while supporting a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: - Perform data entry tasks by accurately inputting customer data and orders into our systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with other team members, including the Production Scheduling Coordinator and Procurement & Inventory Coordinator, to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and processes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Provide outstanding customer service support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints efficiently
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and utilize best practices for effective customer service and data entry
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Bring: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in fertilizer or agriculture is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High accuracy in data entry with a focus on data integrity
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
