Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to our team in

What you'll be responsible for: - Manage and coordinate the procurement process for all necessary supplies, equipment, and services required by the organization
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the speedy delivery of quality goods and services
- Work closely with other departments to accurately forecast demand and ensure that stock levels are aligned with the needs of the business
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service requirements
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers
- Conduct daily inventory activities including counting and tracking inventory levels
- Develop and implement inventory management processes, policies, and systems to ensure accuracy of inventory levels
- Conduct regular inventory counts to verify inventory accuracy
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What it takes to be successful: - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in procurement, inventory coordination, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
