We are looking for a skilled receptionist to join our veterinary team. We strive to offer the very best in client and patient care. You will work with the best bunch of people who have a true passion for their job and are outstanding at it!
A very thorough training process is in place so if some of the responsibilities are unfamiliar to you don't worry you will have plenty of guidance.
Receptionist responsibilities: greeting clients and patients as they enter the office, scheduling appointments, answering a multi-line telephone, entering new clients and patients into practice management software, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling prescription requests, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, maintains flow in and out of exam rooms, filing, front office and reception area maintenance, as well as acquiring medical and legal information necessary for complete client/patient records.
Compensation based on experience and skill level.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
