\r\n\t\r\n\tOur client, is seeking an experienced and strategic Communications Manager to join their team in Guelph, Ontario. Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications and Stakeholder Relations, the Communications Manager will play a critical role in leading the organization’s strategic communication initiatives. This is a hybrid role.\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that support corporate objectives, enhance stakeholder engagement, and uphold the organization’s brand integrity.\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tRESPONSIBILITIES:\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tDevelop and implement integrated corporate and operational communications plans\r\n\t\r\n\t\tCreate compelling messaging around key focus areas and initiatives\r\n\t\r\n\t\tRepresent the organization at sector-related meetings, working groups, and industry events\r\n\t\r\n\t\tSupport issues management and crisis communication efforts\r\n\t\r\n\t\tGrow the media relations strategy and consumer campaign initiatives\r\n\t\r\n\t\tManage and support digital communication channels and optimize digital capabilities\r\n\t\r\n\t\tEnsure brand integrity and compliance with brand standards\r\n\t\r\n\t\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams and support internal communications\r\n\t\r\n\t\tProvide project management leadership within the Communications team\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tDESIRED PROFILE:\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tMinimum 8 years of experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or public relations\r\n\t\r\n\t\tProven experience managing corporate communications and digital channels\r\n\t\r\n\t\tStrong background in project management and stakeholder engagement\r\n\t\r\n\t\tExperience in agriculture or a regulated environment is an asset\r\n\t\r\n\t\tDemonstrated success in people management and team leadership\r\n\t\r\n\t\tBilingualism (English & French) is considered an asset\r\n\t\r\n\t\tWillingness to travel for events\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tTECHNICAL SKILLS:\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite\r\n\t\r\n\t\tExperience with SAP CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CMS platforms is an asset\r\n\t\r\n\t\tStrong understanding of digital communication trends and tools\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\tInterested in this Opportunity?
