With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and excellence, CFO supports a growing and profitable sector that is vital to Ontario’s economy and food system.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nPosition Overview: \r\n\r\nReporting to the Manager, Supply and Production Performance, the Coordinator will be responsible for allocating chicken supply to primary processors. This bilingual role involves managing operational aspects of supply allocation, ensuring compliance, and supporting stakeholder engagement.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n\r\nAllocation Process:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAccurately and efficiently process supply allocations to processors\r\n\tImplement board decisions while maintaining process integrity\r\n\tContinuously improve allocation workflows and productivity\r\n\tAnalyze contracting variables and ensure policy compliance\r\n\tPrepare reports for the CFO Board and Management\r\n\tManage processor Letters of Credit and compliance reporting\r\n\tMaintain an operational business calendar with key milestones\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCustomer Care and Industry Engagement:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCommunicate and collaborate with processors and internal teams\r\n\tEducate stakeholders on CFO policies and regulatory changes\r\n\tProvide support via CFO Connects and the CFO Service Desk\r\n\tDeliver best practices in customer service\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nData Management and Analytics:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tConduct system checks to ensure data accuracy\r\n\tCollaborate with IT contractors to resolve SAP-related issues\r\n\tAnalyze production performance metrics and deliver insights\r\n\tPrepare routine and ad hoc performance reports\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQualifications:\r\n\r\nEducation:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tA university degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred\r\n\tEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nExperience:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t4+ years in a related industry (Business, Agri-Food, Food Processing, Operations, or Agriculture)\r\n\t1+ years of SAP experience, including change management\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nSkills:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel\r\n\tFamiliarity with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and video conferencing software\r\n\tStrong time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills\r\n\tHigh attention to detail and critical thinking\r\n\tBilingual in English and French is required\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.
