AgRevolution is hiring a Service Manager to join our team in Elizabethtown, KY (about 45 miles south of Louisville). In this role you will be managing, coordinating, and scheduling service technicians for both field and shop work. You'll also serve as the key liaison between customers and our service team, ensuring clear communication, accurate job quoting, and timely invoicing.

What you will be doing:
- Assign jobs and manage work areas for Service Technicians based on their skills and expertise in agriculture equipment.
- Supervise and support the daily activities of the service department.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding repair status, job quotes, and scheduling.
- Oversee the review and completion of all service work orders — confirming parts, labor, and materials are properly documented.
- Coordinate closely with parts, sales, and other departments to ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment focused on farm machinery maintenance and repair.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate to the Service Manager as needed.
- Monitor and drive departmental performance, including efficiency, profitability, and employee development.
- Fill in for the Service Manager as required.
- Participate in company training programs to further technical and leadership skills.
- Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
This job is for you if you have:
- Proven experience in a service or supervisory role within an agriculture equipment dealership or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of farm machinery service and diagnostics.
- Graduation from a diesel or agricultural technology program (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and service-related software systems.
- Commitment to customer service and high-quality standards.
