Welcome to AgRevolution! We’re hiring a Regional Sales Representative to join our team in Elizabethtown, KY (about 45 minutes south of Louisville). This role involves managing an assigned territory, aggressively marketing AgRevolution’s products, and achieving sales, profit, and market share goals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

What you will be doing:
- Sales & Territory Management: Travel within your assigned territory to conduct sales calls, meetings, equipment inspections, demonstrations, and problem-solving sessions, while meeting sales volume, profit, and market share objectives.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with equipment recommendations, financial analysis, and technical guidance by using performance specifications, industry expertise, and other resources.
- Product & Industry Knowledge: Continuously develop your knowledge of products, applications, and industry trends to enhance your sales performance.
- Training & Development: Participate in scheduled sales meetings and product training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and market trends.
- Networking: Attend trade and industry events and ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities.
This job is for you if you have:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in large equipment or agricultural equipment sales.
- Proficiency in computer programs (spreadsheets, word processing, etc.).
- Proven ability to grow and develop sales within a broad territory or product line.
