Are you ready to love coming to work again? Join a veterinary team that prioritizes people just as much as pets.
We’re a privately owned small animal hospital that believes in excellent medicine without sacrificing your well-being. We’ve intentionally created a culture where veterinary professionals thrive—not just survive.
What makes us different:
· No weekends – Because your personal time is sacred.
· 100% employer-paid healthcare – We cover all your health insurance, not just part of it.
· Generous PTO + paid holidays – Including Black Friday.
· 401k opportunities with a 4% match
· Quarterly check-ins instead of annual reviews – Say goodbye to anxiety-inducing performance reviews.
· Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Mental health support is always available.
· Real lunch breaks – Seriously, you will eat lunch.
· Ability to practice in a renovated facility that has a separate cat hospital and comfort room.
· Full Idexx in house lab suite (including the new Invue Dx), digital radiology, Clarius ultrasound, Ligasure and Companion laser.
· A high-quality support staff – Including several experienced, licensed technicians.
· Ability to offer orthopedic surgeries, abdominal and cardiac ultrasounds in house.
· Ability to work with staff that practice low stress handling and prioritize patient comfortability.
· A manager that has your back – We do not tolerate bad client behavior.
We believe the best patient care happens when the team feels supported and seen. That’s why flexibility, respect, and empathy are built into our daily operations.
What we’re looking for:
· A veterinarian with 2+ years of clinical experience is preferred.
· Someone who is comfortable with urgent care cases and enjoys the variety they bring.
· An interest in surgery, with opportunities for mentorship and skill development.
· Someone who wants to practice high-quality medicine in a team-centered, ego-free environment. Our culture is so important to us, and we will be working hard to find someone that is the right fit.
Whether you’re ready to grow your skill set or refine your craft, we’ll support you every step of the way—without burning you out.
This is more than a job—it’s a place where you can build a sustainable, fulfilling veterinary career.
