Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Participating in Annual Budget preparations
- Manage sales data, analytics, and reporting to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain sales processes, tools, and systems.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize performance and achieve targets.
- Provide assistance in developing Sales Incentive Plan and executing operations.
Work Experience
2-3 years of Sales Operations experinece in FMCG/Agri manufacturing companies.
Qualification
Bachelors Degree (Preferably Business Administration)
