\r\nOur client, who designs and constructs livestock, hog, and post-frame buildings, is hiring an Construction Site Supervisor.\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all construction processes, providing leadership, direction, and management of Agricultural construction sites. To be successful in this position, strong leadership, strategic planning, communication skills and work ethic are a must. This position supports Iowa and its surrounding states.\r\n\r\n\r\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAct as a representative of the company while on job site\r\n\tManage and implement all aspects of the construction process\r\n\tPrepare schedules, assign work to all personnel at the site and communicate with the Construction Manager as necessary to reduce any risk associated with the job\r\n\tMonitor costs and budgets\r\n\tDetermine site material needs; track inventory of materials and equipment\r\n\tRead drawings, plans, and blueprints\r\n\tMeet project completion objectives\r\n\tConduct quality and safety inspections; promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards immediately enforcing the company’s site safety policies\r\n\tManage and direct the work of onsite sub-contractors\r\n\tPlan, direct, or coordinate concrete, construction, installation, and electrical crews\r\n\tProvide exceptional customer service and form strong customer relationships\r\n\tHandle incoming calls and make same day follow up calls\r\n\tComplete daily logs, site reports, and weekly reports\r\n\tWork with owners, estimators, and salesman\r\n\tManage maintenance of all company owned equipment on site\r\n\tRespond to customer issues, identify possible resolutions, and root cause analysis\r\n\tEnsure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nDESIRED PROFILE:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tKnowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines\r\n\tAssociates or Bachelor’s degree; Preferably in Ag Construction Management or construction related field\r\n\t3-5 years previous experience in building & construction industry\r\n\tKnowledge of operating construction equipment; unloading of equipment\r\n\tProficiency with computer operation, including use of AutoCAD, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office products\r\n\tPrior experience in managing projects to a successful completion\r\n\tStrong problem solving and critical thinking ability\r\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\n\tOutgoing, hardworking, self-motivated, and possess strong interpersonal skills\r\n\tWillingness and ability to be on site during the week\r\n\tMust possess a valid driver’s license, post-offer background check and drug screen\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCompetitive salary\r\n\tCompany vehicle\r\n\tHealth, Dental, Vision Insurance\r\n\tPTO and Holiday Pay\r\n\t401(k) Match\r\n\tProfit Sharing\r\n\t\r\n\tInterested in this Opportunity?
