We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth by driving new sales, supporting existing customer accounts, and enhancing our marketing efforts.
Position Summary: The Junior Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and contributing to our revenue growth. This role involves selling our Veterinary PACS solutions, including teleconsultation services and PIMS integrations, to both small animal and equine care practices. Additionally, the representative will support our marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, and integration marketing for PIMS services and teleconsultation integrations with teleradiology providers. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and possess strong communication and sales skills. Additionally, this role requires attending tradeshows 3-4 times per year to represent our company and network with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the veterinary market, focusing on both small animal and equine care practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our Veterinary PACS solution, including:
- Cloud interface for easy access and management of images and reports.
- 3D viewer for detailed examination of medical images.
- Teleconsultation options for seamless communication with specialists.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in our SalesForce system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Travel to tradeshows and industry events 3-4 times per year to represent the company, network with potential clients, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Support marketing efforts by managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and executing integration marketing strategies for PIMS services and teleconsultation integrations with teleradiology providers.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Marketing, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the veterinary, healthcare, or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of veterinary practice operations, including small animal and or equine care, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a sales and marketing career.
- Proficiency in CRM or Salesforce software and other relevant sales tools.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to trade shows and industry events as required.
