Qualification:
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance is a plus.
•Proven knowledge and practical experience with Power BI, Oracle Hyperion, and Smart View, including the ability to develop complex dashboards and robust financial models.
•Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience:
•Over 5 years of relevant and consolidated experience in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and control, with proven experience as a business partner and technical reference.
•Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles (IFRS/BR GAAP).
•Good understanding of indirect tax determination (federal, state, and municipal) to support pricing activities.
•Strong ability to communicate complex financial information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to non-financial audiences, including executive leadership.
•Prior experience in the veterinary industry will be considered a differential.
•Experience with ERP systems and other accounting and tax management tools.
Responsibilities:
•Act as a strategic finance partner for various business units, providing specialized guidance and support on financial and operational decisions.
•Serve as the technical expert in the process of developing, periodically reviewing, and monitoring the company's budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and accuracy of information.
•Conduct and present in-depth financial analyses of profitability, cost-benefit, return on investment (ROI), and financial modeling, providing critical insights for strategic decision-making.
•Develop and enhance methodologies for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), generating regular reports and actionable insights for management, with a focus on results tracking and forecasting.
•Collaborate actively with business teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability, acting as an internal consultant.
•Proactively identify and propose continuous improvements in financial and operational processes, seeking optimization and innovation.
•Lead the preparation of financial and strategic presentations for senior leadership, ensuring clarity and impact in communications.
•Actively participate in and lead special projects and strategic initiatives as needed, applying your expertise to achieve objectives.
•Participate in multidisciplinary projects involving accounting and tax aspects.
