Job Title: Remote veterinary teletriage operator
Job description: The purpose of this position is to work alongside the veterinarian(s) and team to make each patient/client interaction/visit as efficient, and productive as possible. We understand that there is a wide range of skills that this position allows for. The skills that are not possessed upon hire, will be part of the job on-boarding and development.
- Answer phones
- Follow up calls
- Monitor email
- Send records from the previous day
- Comfort with our software
- Monitor surveillance for the clinic
While the position is remote you must live in Illinois, New York, Nevada or Florida to be considered for the position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
