Step into Leadership at Greencross Pakenham
Are you an experienced veterinarian ready to take the next step in your career? Join the welcoming and passionate team at Greencross Pakenham as our new Veterinary Director.
Located on the vibrant Main Street of Pakenham — just 40 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD — our clinic is a thriving hub for small animal care, known for its strong community ties and genuine love for pets.
Following a recent full renovation and rebrand, our clinic now boasts a fresh, modern look that reflects the energy and professionalism of our team. But what truly sets us apart is our supportive, close-knit culture.
You’ll be stepping into a collaborative environment led by a dedicated Practice Manager with over 15 years of service, alongside a team of 7 experienced nurses and 1 skilled veterinarian, all deeply committed to the clinic. This stable and knowledgeable team provides a strong foundation for your leadership and growth.
At Greencross Pakenham, we believe in creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. From shared coffee runs and snacks to plenty of laughs throughout the day, we balance professionalism with a warm, friendly atmosphere.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a well-established clinic, shape its future, and make a meaningful impact — all while being supported by a team that truly cares.
