Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their established hospital team in Tullamore. This is a permanent, full-time role with the option of flexible arrangements, designed for someone confident in managing a varied caseload and comfortable mentoring others when needed.
The position combines consulting, surgical work, inpatient care, and emergency duties, giving you the chance to use your skills across the full spectrum of small animal practice. With a collaborative team by your side, you’ll also have opportunities to pursue advanced interests, whether clinical or leadership focused.
Qualifications Needed:
- VCI registration or eligibility to register in Ireland
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a small animal practice setting
- Proficiency in general surgery, medicine, and diagnostics
- Confidence with sole charge duties and complex case management
- An interest in professional development or pursuing further qualifications
Package:
- Salary up to €70,000 depending on experience
- Relocation support available up to €5,000
