Job Description: Our client is looking for an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian ready to step into a Medical Director role at their well-established Orlando hospital. This leadership position combines hands-on clinical work with responsibility for mentoring colleagues, guiding practice standards, and supporting hospital operations in partnership with the practice manager. Qualifications needed:
- DVM or equivalent with valid (or eligible) Florida veterinary license
- Minimum 4–5 years’ small animal clinical experience
- Proven leadership ability and desire to mentor others
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
- Eligible for DEA registration
