What We Offer:
- Salary starting at $130,000 depending on surgical and medical experience.
- If ownership is something you’ve considered. This could be direct path to that goal.
- Monthly medical insurance reimbursement (HRA), 401k with 3% match, and paid professional membership dues. Continuing education stipend.

- Qualification for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. Under this program, the final amount forgiven is the entire balance of your eligible Direct Loans after you have met all requirements.
- A 4-day work week averaging 40 hours — no weekends, no on-call, no emergencies.
- True commitment to work/life balance. We start at 7:30am, last appointment at 5pm. Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri. We are closed Wednesday’s and weekends.
- Six paid holidays, 80 hours of vacation, and 30 hours of paid sick time.
- Space to sharpen and expand your surgical and medical expertise. Want to add a new modality to our services? We are always willing to look at services that could further help the communities we serve.
Responsibilities:
What we would like you to bring to the team:
•Strong surgical skills with the ability to complete 20-25 spay/neuters in six hours. These are a mix of dog/cat. Other soft tissue surgeries as needed.
•Advise pet owners on preventative care and treatment options. Prescribe medication as needed.
•Provide counsel around pet end of life care.
•Maintain patients’ medical records.
•Desire to be a leader to our team and involved in the overall health and growth of our program.
•Interest in grass roots community-based medicine serving local rescues and shelter populations within our program.
•Ensures compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statues, policies, and procedures.
•Must have or be eligible to obtain DEA and GA State License.
•Experienced candidates preferred but will definitely consider self-reliant new grads.r dedicated team!
