S&H Farm Supply is hiring a Service Manager to join our team in Lebanon, MO (about 50 miles northeast of Springfield). In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department for our local farm equipment, powersports, and lawn/garden dealership. This includes managing a team of technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, inventory of parts, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

What you will be doing:
- Supervise and manage service technicians and support staff
- Monitor workflow to ensure timely and efficient completion of service orders
- Maintain adequate inventory of parts and shop supplies
- Oversee productivity and efficiency of the service department
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, parts) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Provide regular reports on department performance to upper management
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Develop and implement technician training programs to support continuous improvement
This job is for you if you have:
- Prior experience in a service management role (farm machinery, agriculture equipment, powersports, or related fields preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management software
- Ability to work some Saturday’s and occasional overtime.
- Valid driver's license
