Sr. Accountant is responsible for several key accounting processes. The primary directive is to analyze and ensure data accuracy to deliver world-class Record to Report processes.
What are we looking for?
- Advanced Office Management (formulas, dynamic tables and good database management)
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in Accounting areas
- Preferred SAP knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Supporting period close and year-end processes through compiling accounting entries and analyzing account information;
- Reconciling complex accounting activities (e.g. lease transactions, manufacturing) and using cross functional relationships to resolve financial discrepancies;
- Providing key reporting to internal stakeholders
- Monitoring and strengthening internal controls by preparing and recommending accounting policies and procedures;
- Supporting internal and external audits of working capital processes;
- Review work prepared by others and recommend opportunities to improve effectiveness or standardization
- Leading transformational projects in the areas of User Centricity and Digitization to deliver new digital tools and processes locally, regionally, and globally
