In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical leadership in a hospital setting with 24-hour care
- Mentoring and supporting junior vets, nurses, and veterinary students
- Contributing to the improvement of clinical standards and protocols
- Collaborating on operational decisions with the management team
- Maintaining excellent patient outcomes and client communication
