We are hiring a
Sr. Supply Chain Specialist at our main headquarters in
Roy, WA. The Sr. Supply Chain Specialist will support the end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on purchasing, order fulfillment, and customer service coordination. This role ensures that materials and products are purchased on time, customer orders are processed efficiently, and service levels are maintained across sales channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of balancing supplier coordination with customer-facing responsibilities.

What You Will Do...
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager with reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems related to purchasing, inventory, and customer orders
- Identify and escalate potential bottlenecks or risks in supply and fulfillment processes
- Contribute to process improvement to enhance efficiency across purchasing and order management workflows
- Monitor inventory reports and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Align sales forecasts, inventory, and fulfillment with supply chain teams
- Ensure product availability by partnering with procurement, production, and distribution
- Drive improvements in order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and visibility
- Track raw material usage to prevent shortages and production disruptions
- Facilitate communication between sales, service, and the supply chain
