This individual will oversee daily operations, focusing on cow health, safety, team leadership, and equipment maintenance. The role requires a proactive approach to animal welfare and operational efficiency.\r\n\r\nResponsibilities:\r\n- Lead and support daily operations across milking, feeding, and calf care\r\n- Supervise and train teams; manage scheduling and workflow\r\n- Maintain accurate herd records and report KPIs\r\n- Oversee cow health programs, vaccinations, and lactation group management\r\n- Coordinate with parlor, feeder, and calf crews\r\n- Ensure proper equipment use and maintenance\r\n- Collaborate with nutritionist to implement rations\r\n- Uphold high safety and animal welfare standards\r\n\r\nPhysical Demands:\r\n- Must lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks such as sorting cows and calving\r\n- Able to stand/walk on concrete or dirt for extended periods\r\n- Comfortable working in varied weather conditions and with large animals\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
