AgRevolution is hiring an Aftersales Operations Associate to join our team in Upper Sandusky, OH (about 65 miles north of Columbus). You will play a key role in supporting after-sales operations. You will be responsible for selling, receiving, delivering and maintaining inventory of parts and in an accurate, prompt and safe manner.

What you will be doing:
- Assist with daily operations related to parts and service functions.
- Coordinate order processing, inventory control, and customer service requests.
- Support the service team in job scheduling, work order processing, and repair status updates.
- Help manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to after-sales operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support overall dealership performance and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers to provide updates and resolve inquiries regarding parts or service.
This job is for you if you have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational training preferred.
- Previous experience in agriculture parts, service, or dealership operations strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
